Who are we?

Two successful brands – Zenith and Link – came together twenty years ago through an acquisition by the Caribbean-based financial services giant, Guardian Holdings Limited (GHL).

Fast-forward two decades and 2010 heralded the beginning of the next exciting chapter with the acquisition of Zenith Insurance plc, incorporating Link and GHL, by Markerstudy Holdings, a vibrant and dynamic organisation established in 2001.

GHL Insurance Services Ltd, rebranded Zenith Insurance Management UK Limited, supports a network of insurance intermediaries, as well as providing an excellent foundation from which to build lasting customer relationships and deliver outstanding service.

The distribution, policy administration and claims handling functions operate from our head office in Haywards Heath, West Sussex.

Policies are underwritten by Zenith Insurance plc and Link Insurance Company Limited. Both companies are authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Commission, the independent body that regulates the financial services industry in Gibraltar.
