However, the needs of the individual will always be balanced against the demands of the work. We are committed to a due process and applications are always given the proper consideration.

All employees and managers have an annual Appraisal and two formal Reviews throughout the year. Formal objectives are set and learning and development needs discussed. These discussions are also an opportunity for employees and their managers to discuss career progression and working relationships. Successful performance is rewarded through the annual pay review in July.

As we are ideally located next door to Haywards Heath railway station, many people travel in by train. We also offer Car Parking Loans for our local NCP Car Park.

Do employees get involved in decision-making?

We have an Employee Consultative Committee which meets formally three times a year who get involved in all matters of concern to employees. On a more regular basis we have informal discussions with Representatives to get feedback when issues are raised or employee views.
